Are you lawyers?
We are Mediators that assist to develop mediated settlement plans.

Do I still need a lawyer?
Yes, you will need a lawyer to prepare any of the legal paperwork and we can refer to you a few quality lawyers or you can use your own.

How much does it cost?
As each case is different, we will supply you with a professional quotation to review.

I am not on speaking terms with my husband, can I still use Divorce Mediation Services?
Both parties should be available for mediation to work.  Mediation is not appropriate for cases where violence or abuse are evident.

How long will the process take?
Cases could take from as little as 60 days to 6 months depending on complexity of the case.
